The Reasons I've Heard For Forums Being Locked Are As Follows:

Too Many Post
Too Many Forums About The Same Topic
Topics Being Placed In Inccorect Forums
Racial Slandering
Profanity
Post Getting Way Off Topic

Thats All I Know Of...Correct Me If I'm Wrong, But I Think Locking Forums Is Just a Way Of The Mods Doing Their Jobs, Making Sure Things Go As They Should xoxo-Nikki-xoxo

All the reasons seem fair to me
Does the same thing apply to club discussions or is it the responsibility of the club managers or assistants

Unless you have a moderator in your club then the forum can not be locked or deleted...
