Hey, that's great news. Do you mean cutting calories, fat, sugar, or chemicals. In abundance, they are all bad for you. :-)

I have been looking for a nutritional diet that curbs the hunger pains without leaving me hungry but at an affordable price.

just so you know i love diets but some-one always coaxes me out of them! But don't drink fruit juice becuase that is the quickest way to gain weight!

A home-made fruit juice made with just fruit pieces, lots of water and about half a glass of real, fresh lemon juice, is a good thing. Just make sure that you add enough water, if not you seem to drink it by the gallon just to get its (fruit) sugar content.

And i am looking for a low cost diet also.

^You should try diet green tea. Youi get used to the taste after a while, and start to crave it. At least i do. It's actually very good. It has no calories, fat, or sugar. It's like water, but not the same bland taste. It has flavor. It is so much healthier than juice. You could also make low fat fruit smoothies once and a while.

o.O I didn't think of that, i'm going to get my mum to buy me some today.

Hahah... fruit juice is a vitamin-filled treat, you also have to eat food. Try about six small portions a day, and concentrate on protein, lots of protein, and fiber...

Green tea is good. But I don't add sugar or anything to my tea.. I think that makes it taste gross

Basically, just make sure your diet is balanced. Don't deprieve yourself.

Green tea and water darling. BUT MAKE SURE THATS NOT ALL YOU EAT AND DRINK. Fruit juices are fine, too high in NATURAL sugar so try to squeeze them yourself!
If your green tea isnt sweet enough, as it never is for me rather than add sugar, try honey :O) And kick start your metabolism every morning with a big glass of warm water with a splash of lemon.

Please girls just promise me you will eat balanced and healthy meals SEVERAL times a day (especially a substantial breakfast in the morning) and not deprive yourself, beauty isn't only skin deep you know??!

^ Very good advice! Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. In fact, those who skip breakfast tend to have a more difficult time losing weight. Never skip meals. I also love what you said about beauty not only being skin deep.

A lot of people seem to agree that green tea is good :).

I heard that you should eat breakfast like a king, lunch like a queen, and supper like a popper (poor person). I heard that from a well-known nutritionist.

    Yes I've heard that two

Green tea is great for cleansing out the system especially the kidneys and has many anti oxidents beneficial to ones health!

Thanks Punksunite for your agreeing with my advice, I have struggled to get on top of my eating issues for as long as I can remember so the last thing i want to do is provide nonsense advice to these young girls looking down the same path.

Every single one of you women is gorgeous regardless of your weight, height or the size of your breasts and thighs. Lets stop obsessing about what we eat and enjoy what great produce there is on offer. And worry about more important things like the starving children in thrid world countries, or the civil wars and destruction of our natural environment going on in the world instead of being so self obsessed and guilty over what we consume.

PS: I read recently in a magazine that Isreal's modelling and fashion companies are BANNING overly skinny women/models from there campaigns as it encourage young girls to perceive that beauty = extremely thin. I truly hope this is a starting trend worldwide!!

^ I completely agree with you, Eibutsina. That's probubly the best advice anyone could ever give regarding body image.

I was watching a TV show about health last Sunday, and this woman was saying that she tried everything to lose weight, but never succeeded. It was only when she started loving herself, that she lost 10 pounds. So literally, stand in front of the mirror and list the good things in your life; the things you're grateful for, what you've been blessed with, how beautiful you are, what your favorite body part is, etc. It works!!

I found a healthy diet that works *dances*
For breakfast try two pieces of fruit and water.
For dinner, have salad with fish and green tea or water and for tea have grilled chicken with lots of rice and vegetables, again with green tea or water.
I've lost 3llbs in a week and i'm already starting to feel a lot healthier.
