Longer Log-in time

I'd like the Login time longer.. it's annoying when people write poems, submit them and they're logged out, go back and it's gone.

You should be able to stay logged in untill you exit the browser, not get kicked off.. and when you press 'Back' your text is still there.

(This is possible, it happens with MANY things such as posts on Invision Free forums, hotmail, etc etc)

I agree! But until then may I suggest that you write the poem in word and then you can just copy and paste...

When I go onto the chat, I know I can expect to have to log back in when I exit from it.. It gets really annoying. And what is it with some computers not being aloud to comment love and frienship poems, as well?

Opening Word for me means a slower computer. I just want to write a poem ON THE SITE. That's what the site is for, right? Writing poetry? So why can't we all write poetry and NOT lose it?

I agree that it is very frusterating. Another trick you might use to keep from losing your work is to type it up in an email account then copy it before you email it to yourself so you can paste to the site.

I think it is redicules that the server logs a person out so fast, but until changes can be made we must use every ace that we have to keep the dull headache from turning into a migrain.

Yeah.. I copy it, too but it doesn't always work .. kinda sucks, really.

What I do is go into Write. I write the poem, highlight it, hit the Ctrl key with the c key. then when I have to go back into p & q. Log back on, go to submit poem, and hit Ctrl and the v key. Alot of work to post a poem. If the poem is short, [I'm a slow typer, 45 wpm] I can get it on before I'm booted off. But otherwise, I have to go through this process. I would love to go to submit poem and just let my imagination juices flow. But until then, This will have to do.
