How often and how much do you exercise?

    I do atleast 40 minutes of walking everyday.

    i run for 15 minutes one day and the next day 50 real man push ups , 2 reps of 25 and 100 real man crunches 2 reps of 50

    run 11 miles ever other day(cross-countryteam at highschool)

    100 sit ups then 75, 50, 25, then again. 6 minutes of six inches
    20 reg pushups 20 wide, the 20 diamond. repeat 19 all, 18 all , 17, all down to 1
    these two are for the wrestlin team. which i do on the days i don't run

    When ever I want about 1 a week for 30 min of runing push ups and sit ups

    4 to 5 days a week. I do about 30 minutes of weight training, sit-ups, cruches, push-up, and lunges.

    I don`t do ANY exercise xD
    The only exercise i get is when I run at school .
    And taht`s cuhs` i`m forced to .
    But for some reason, I still seem to stay average or below .
    It`s weird . I look a bit fatter, but I never gain any lbs . -.-

    What ever we do in gym, which is basicly 30minutes usually, or a mile of running... Which I often do jogging backwards so I can still talk to friends (who walk), but still run.

    I like running, but I don't know anyone who's willing to run with me and running by myself seems too unsafe.

    Well... different amounts on different days. If you're interested, my program is basically like this:

    Monday: Weight training for aprox. 20 mins.. if not, nothing.
    Tuesday: More weights, or nothing. Maybe walk the dog... a little bit of walking around.
    Wednesday: 2 hrs 15 mins of flamenco, followed immediately after by 1 hr 15 mins of Irish dancing. Walk to and from the dance school = 20 mins of walking.
    Thursday: 1 hr 15 mins Irish
    Friday: 2 hrs intensive martial arts. Weights.
    Saturday: Weights
    --------------------------
    The times I have dance I always try to walk to and from the school, unless I'm REALLY late. :-)
    Not much, especially considering that I eat a fair amount of bread and sugar and other things most of the time :-S
    But even though I may get fat, at least I'll be sort of fit.

    Ohh.. compared to all that i feel so lazy lol. I used to do dancing, for eleven years. But i had to stop this year when i broke my arm, and i just never went back. I don't do any exercise, but i would really like to. I just can't motivate myself to. Next year i am getting a gym membership though with a friend or two, which will be good. =]

    i do cardio (running,cross trainer,biking) for an hour then i do weights and toneing exercises for a further hour, then i swim for 2 hours..then use the health suite to losen my muscles..

    i do this every morning, sometimes im not really in the mood to gym, so i'll just do swimming but i extend it to 3 hours...other times i dont feel like swimming which means an hour and half cardio and an hour and a half weights,and toning exercises..

    i also do a range of classes on the night time,which include...circuits,aqua fit,hydro fit,salsa dancing,blt,321,yoga,pilates,karate,bike jump,and kick boxing. normally i will do two of theese classes, like kick boxing/circuits then aqua/hydro fit straight after depending on what my energy levels are like, if im tired i'll go for the blt and yoga.

    but im no were near as fit as i want to be or could be..
    bit of a random question..

    I run for two and a half hours, lift weighs, and do pushups, crunches, and jumping jacks six days a week...(I'm on the cross country team)

    ^ October, that's a bit obsessive. Sorry, just my personal opinion..

    To answer, I believe the internet axiom 'LOL' will suffice.
