i run for 15 minutes one day and the next day 50 real man push ups , 2 reps of 25 and 100 real man crunches 2 reps of 50 |

What ever we do in gym, which is basicly 30minutes usually, or a mile of running... Which I often do jogging backwards so I can still talk to friends (who walk), but still run. |

Ohh.. compared to all that i feel so lazy lol. I used to do dancing, for eleven years. But i had to stop this year when i broke my arm, and i just never went back. I don't do any exercise, but i would really like to. I just can't motivate myself to. Next year i am getting a gym membership though with a friend or two, which will be good. =] |

i do cardio (running,cross trainer,biking) for an hour then i do weights and toneing exercises for a further hour, then i swim for 2 hours..then use the health suite to losen my muscles.. |
