yes yes i know ugh title contest but come on! i havent in a long time!
ok so anyway not only do you have to associate (big word for me heh heh) the title to the poem, you also have to make it be about a relationship. BUT NOT JUST ANY RELATIONSHIP..no..like an on-off relationship. like...get together....break up..get together..break up...etc etc. yeah..OK

Sunrise, sunset

When the sun rises I know I’ll find you here
Standing right next to me – to my face near,
I know I’ll hear your voice saying “I love you”
And I’ll smile saying “Yeah I love you too”

Tough night last night was it not?
Or have you so quickly forgot?
Remember when you yelled at me
Saying that the way things are couldn’t be?

But I guess that’s history – time to move on
Forget what was and enjoy this lovely dawn;
Listen to the birds greeting us with their song
As you tell me that only in your arms I belong.

And I know that if the sun will shine
I will be yours and you will be mine –
We look so happy caressed by its rays
As if we could laugh and have fun for days.

We cease the moment and put the past behind
Making fun when we hear the words “love is blind”
Because we know that we have is real and strong
And that if we try we can make things last long.

But what is that I see? Oh no, it’s getting late
Something tells me that this is the end of our date;
I try to say something so you won’t realize
That it’s almost sunset now instead of sunrise…

I can see you frown and your face reveals disgust
As if you’re looking at someone you distrust,
Someone so pathetic and insignificant – so despising,
A small hateful creature only worth for patronizing.

So as the sun goes down – light emerging into dark,
I know that now it’s time for us to once again part,
You let go of my hand and tell me that you hate
Everything about me and us – once again you are irate.

I look at you with teary eyes trying not to care,
I don’t want to fight again so I just sit and stare;
And you leave me all alone in this endless darkness,
Overwhelmed by silence as tears fall upon my dress.

I sit in my cold bed – eyes fixated upon the ceiling,
All alone I crave to see the sunshine in the morning
For I know that I’ll find you here right next to me,
Holding me tight saying “I love you, I’m sorry honey”

The sun is our biggest friend and greatest enemy,
Lucky for us it will come up and go down for eternity
And each time it rises we will be reunited in bliss
And when it sets I know that you I’ll greatly miss.

I'm sorry it's so long, but I got carried away and couldn't stop writing *hides* I hope you like it though =)
