Side effect of depression or something else.

This is probably a really stupid question. But for those that suffer depression do you have a leg that shakes when you sit down.

I just cant keep my right leg still, its quite embarrissing and probably absurb. It just that I went to school with another girl who had the same but much more active. (to think we used to make jokes about her).

It might just be something to do with nerves but it also got much worse after taking anti depressants. The stupid thing is that as Im finishing this I realise my legs shaking now ..............arrgggh

I can tell you that i have the same exact problem. My mom and i both. I don't know if has anything to do with depression, but i know that when i get nervous or something it's like i can't control it.

I have that too, but only when I feel uncomfortable or nervous in a certain situation. I don't really think that it has anything to do with being depressed.. :)
