Inspirational poem

I have just found out that my best friend's little brother has got an 8cm brain tumour, and basically, she, her family, and all of her friends (including me) really need some hope injected into us right now. Does anyone know of a truly inspiring poem that will help? It would be very much appreciated.

my dad has had a tumor for 7 months now in his throut. here is a poem i wrote for him!! Its a really sad poem but he got through the cancer and now he is healthy and c ancer free as of feburary 6th!! good luck and dont give up on him!
