Elizabeth Bathory

Ooooh yes I've heard of her. The terror that she unleashed is legendary and fascinating.

She did brutal, horrific things to those girls to spill their blood. She loved to watch people get hurt and die. She would put people in coffins with spikes in them and shake the coffins. She would do all sorts of unimaginable things to them.

I suggest watching the movie Stay Alive. It distorts some of the facts but the movie has everything to do with Countess Elizabeth Bathory.

For every person she killed, she kept a list. Someone found the list, can't remember who, and she was convicted of all those murders. She was sentenced to live the rest of her life in a small room at the top of a stone tower with no way that she could escape. Food was passed to her through a small slot...she died in there eventually. Of course, now they say that place is haunted but I bet so is the castle she killed all those people in.

I've read A LOT about her in the past year because for some reason, it intrigues me how someone can be so sadistic and not have any conscience about it. She obviously felt no remorse...

This lady absolutely fascinates me..

I haven't heard too much about the person, but I have heard her story and her killing the young woman and bathing in her blood.

And what I really want to know is why should would think that would work... But, some people are just plain crazy.

It honestly is a fascinating subject... I just may go and research more about it. Plain interesting...

Nice research.

My finacee wrote a poem about her...which was...rather interesting. Rather scared me as well.

Her whole story just baffles me, though..It seems so illogical, yet she believed so highly in it...
