mental home

I was baker(sp)acted and sent to the mental hospital.
I was only there a short while BUTnow im extramlly afraid of them and now I constintly having nightmares about it and they will not go away . Now im acting mean to every one because im afraid to sleep.
Most people do not think there bad but thay are
PROBUBLY WORST THAN PRISON. how do I make it stop

sumhow i don't think there worse than prison. but were you in an adult or children one.

anway i suggest you think of a really happy moment before bed and strongly focus on that before you go to sleep. often before you go to bed i'm sure ur thinkin ohh i'm goin to have another bad dream again and because your thinking that you do. so focus on sumtink positive and maybe thats how ur dreams will be.
if u wake up in the night with a bad dream, do like deep breathing and start thinking of things in the present not the past. but make sure there good things. it's about living for today not yesterday. that's wot sum1 told me

the children psych wards are good
ive been there 4 tims goin on 5, {planned admisson} i dont mind them, u do get a bit bored but there relativley good, and besides most ppl with psychological issues dont bother me... so were u in a kid one or adult

yeh i've been in a childrens one 6 times, and an adult one once. i didn't like the adult on but the children one was alright i suppose. atleast i felt safe from things in the outside world. and the nurses were nice most of the time.

lost and forgotton i noticed u live in australia, was the childrens psych ward that u went to in NSW? for all i no i could have been in the same one as u, lol

It never ends, take it from me,I know. Your terror and theirs make that place an evil only you and others who have been there know. You will sleep again, but you will never forget.

NOT to seem rude it is HORRABLE at the to I went to (transeferd during the night)dirty the people including the workers were rude and pain in the asses they took away everything i had including my jacket.i dident even have a pillow on my bed

Um, Mental Hospitals arent worse then prison.

Been to both, well not excatly prison but jail. And the jail here is so horrible. So I dont think that the mental hospitals are worse then prison.

yeh i'm afriad that rape is a common occurance in prisons, i'd say more common than mental hospitals not that i am downgrading your experience i am sure it was a terrible ordeal for you.

i hate them, they are all too happy and concerned about ur life. i just slit my wrist...like usual.
