"I'm too cool to be friends w/ you nemore..."

so we used to be best friends when i started getting busy with other stuff. then i told her that shes too uncool for me. my new 'clique' per say is one of the most stuck-up ignorant crowd in the school and i dont feel like i belong. did i mess up that bad?

Oh you messed up pretty bad. Drop the ignorant clique and apologize to your best friend. This can be fixed, as long as your friend is willing to forgive you and you realize the mistakes you made.

You screwed up BiG TiME, sweet heart . If my best friend said that to me I`da gone ballistic one her arse . But tha`s cuhs` i`m violent . Drop the stuck-up clique . I don`t care how high they are on the "food chain" or whatever . People like that`ll drop you in a heart beat -- So why not drop them first ?

This is ridiculous. Morally, how can you NOT know that you screwed up? It's too smug and cold to ever tell a friend that you're too "cool" for them. It's people like that, who act superior to me, that I just want to punch. If I were you, I would be on my hands and knees begging for my old friends back. Screw the popular clique! What's popular isn't exactly the coolest thing...and what's cool isn't exactly popular. Think about it...

Maybe you need to be reinformed of the golden rule:

Treat others how you would like to be treated.

ok so today i talked to them and i just got up in this girls face and was like "looks you are the most self-ceneterd obnoxious person i have ever met in my life and i dont wanna be a part of it anymore." and i walked away. my friend saw it all and she just smiled. i know it will take a while to get her back but at least she knows how i feel right. and mindy and sick and tired of waiting you are both right and thats one of the stupided mistakes i have ever made in my life.

What ever happened to the whole "treat others how you would like to be treated?"...You still walked up to some person's face and hurt them...I think the insults took it a bit far...you could have just said you were done with them and made that clear...but calling them obnoxious and self-centered...maaaaaaaaaaay have been a bit far...

Well maybe because you really screwed up and she now knows shes never good enough for you so, I'm still sorry to say but you screwed it up I wouldn't feel sorry for you if she refused to still be your friend.
