Tears cascading down rosy red cheeks
Hopeless are what my land of dreams have now become
Everything disintegrating before my eyes

Loving you has turned my soul to black ash
I was naïve, and gave you my heart
Ended with a cloud full of tears and lies
Sacrifices not of importance anymore

[I trusted you with everything I am]

Become confused, and numb; not able to feel
Every thing you said, I put my trust in
Love; I no longer understand what it is
I can’t even look at you; it makes me sick
Everyone was right, but at least I learned
Vanish; is all that I want to do
Ego of yourself is so unbearable; you think you’re perfect
Deranged, is what I’ll forever be; but don’t feel quilty

Broken down heart, refusing to beat
Relishing moments, admitting defeat
Over and over, I prayed it would last
Kicking up memories of a lost past
Even now, I still long to see you
Needlessly hoping, I know we’re through.

To hold on to us would mean living a lie
Only to hurt when I open my eyes

Pieces of good times in the side mirror
In and out, they are far but appear nearer
Entertaining dreams that don’t exist
Cause it’s easier to pretend, than get over this.
Escalator emotions lift me high than low
Simply put I’m not over what you left long ago.

this is the 1st time ive ever done this kinda poem. but here it is...

Lost in the Night

Lost in the Night

Lonely nights. Again these tears fall,
Oh what I wouldn’t give to take back it all.
Sitting here, not knowing what’s left to do.
Torn and scattered. But I still love you.

I am just so lost my heart is aching,
No more can I take this, I’m breaking.

This silence is killing me, please don’t go,
Honey, I swear I love you, I’ll let it show.
Everything I do is out of love for you…

Now I’m so lost, I’ve been ripped apart,
I wish you decided not to depart.
Gosh, what am I going to do now?
Here is where I will remain alone…somehow.
This is where I’ll die. Lost in the night.

Flower Pedals

As I lay under the flower pedals
Falling in my hair
Flowing through the air
I close my eyes
And I see how everything dies
The flower pedals turn to snow
The blue beautiful sky does not no more ever glow
The wind turn chilling and does not flow
There is a startling scream
It comes my lips as they play a dreadful skeem
Hopefully it's all a horrible dream
But no I am wide awake with this awful fear
However there are no tears
And now the flower pedals turn to ice
I can now pay my price.....

Lost in fears

Now the darkness is closing in
She opens her eyes to face her damnation
She tastes a little of the sin
The iron taste of her creation
The energy flows slowly out of her veins
She tries to break free from fear's chains
Fear has ruled her every day
But this time, it will not stay
Fear of rejection, fear of love
Fear of death, fear of emptiness
Fear of everything she could think of
Fear has made her into this mess
Now that time is short, a smile cracks on her face
And slowly she stands up for an embrace
While she is looking in the face of death
No more fear, the words of her last breath

hehe then please remind me what acrostic is and I will rewrite it ;)

Intrigued by all the woe
Tucked inside existence

Not a soul, no God will go

Lifeless and strung out
In here for one too many days
Forever she is trapped in life

Frozen heart held in his hand
Reasons are left to understand
Open my chest for surgery
Zealous acts out of fury.
Each cut into this heart
Nearly breaks my body apart.

Ernest, a life of ships at bay

Enveloped within fog and fear
A castle shields itself in wall
