    One of my fave lyrics from Fall Out Boy.

    I just wondered what people's opinion on this statement are.. does it mean anything to you? Is it true? Os is it a lie? lol

    I find it pathetic, an attempt to be witty and clever, but out of context it means nothing more than a generic band with generically bad lyrics. Maybe if you give me the context it would be different, or it maybe worse.

    I'm retarded,. LOL yes. Firrst of all, let not your love for fall out boy get in teh way of your interpretation of some words. Second of all the quote can mean any number of things taken like it is. It is subjective. Taken like it is I could make it sound like the best part of the word believe are the letters l,i,and e. I'm sure that isn't what they mean , which is why I asked for context. So before you start immaturely name calling, you should try to unxderstand what I am saying. The best part of believe is the lie is so ambiguous, one needs the context in which it was used.

    Geez, this was only meant to be a fun discussion and maybe give me a chance to meet Fall Out Boy Fans.. i didn't want a lecture. I get enough of that at college thank you very much =/

    I'm with Cory on this one. However it is a good quote that could probubly become another infamous cliche in the future. Personally I think it's a bit "emo", but that is where the context comes in. I'm not here to bash anyone for liking Fall Out Boy or for liking the title. That's just my opinion :)

    Neither was I. Even though I had the same idea as the ap, I would have liked the context in order to make a more knowledgable judgement. That is when people started to get angry.

    I understand this lyrics well enough, so i choose to hate it, and i would rather not listen to this corperat....i mean "band"

    Fall Out Boy aren't a corparate band, at least they write their own lyrics, play their own instruments and started out on their own, unlike about a hundred other bands i could mention..

    Wow, it's as if you have been paid to say that. It's funny how you say they haven't sold out apperantly i was wrong to think that mass media attention and overwhelming *useless* products with the name on it isn't selling out. i guess their as underground as bill gates and Donald Trump.

    Next thing you'll say is that mtv is the heart of the underground. then you'll try to convince me that as long as you never say you're underground you can never sell out.

    *sigh*

    So many angry people in the world, who just have to bash a band cos they feel the need to.
    Would the fans step forward? Cos thats who i wanted to talk to.
    To share interests.
    Haters... get lost
    Thankyou =)
