My mentor would be my dad.
He has taught me to be strong.
And that you can get through anything.

I'm not so sure I have one, not yet in my life anyway.

My parents are to an extent. One can only learn so much from one's ancient, old fashioned rents. (They aren't that old fashioned!)

Hmm..mentor. Well, that is a very good question. No one person has shown me the light. I learn from most people.

My mentor is my darling(my boyfriend)

My dad and mother did and are doing wrong things and they aren't someone that you can learn things
They are just more childish than me
But my sweetie has made everything in life and knows to eliminate right and wrong
He helped me to grow and kissed all my pains away

    Wow thats an awesome question.
Mine being my grandmother, she is 86 and going strong. A rock to the family no less and the glue to us as well. She's from the old school. Lived a hard life and provided for seven kids picking cotton and living in a shack (holes in the floor big enough when you swept to sweep the trash into) and had an alcoholic husband.

There are reasons why my mum isn't my mentor. And I do not want to be like her.

Like I said before, there are reasons why my mum isn't my mentor.
And my dad has taught me so much.
I am not one of those girls who are like 'Dad can I have this, can I have that?'

But...but...I love my mom. Too bad she fails the mentor occupation. I never take advantage of her (Ok, ok...sometimes), but she is too flamboyant and lacking of depth to be a very good role model.

A lot of people say that their dad is their mentor and role model, but I don't really have a reason to look up to my dad. I didn't know him, he didn't know. My mom told me about him, but I like to leave it at that. I had this shirt that says "Daddy's Little Girl" and my friends likes to ask me, are you daddy's little girl? and I'd runaway and cry, so I grew up with my mom and my stepdad. I turned out pretty awesome. :)
As for my role model, I would have to say....
A lot of people. I can't choose, because they're are so many inspiring people out there and you have to just keep your eyes open and follow their example, but I do credit my mom for teaching me to be strong and persevere and stuff, but that's it.

Everyone in your life at one point is a mentor even if you cannot see it.

I don't really look up to just one person because I want to be like so many. It's more of a, look at a person, and tell myself that's who I never want to be.

People who have come into my life for such a brief while yet change it completely. sometimes people who are generous in small barely detectable ways and are modest and humble can influence positively on the world and people desperatley in need of them
