    Hey guys, any tips on how to lose weight withing a period of 2 months?

    we're having a costume party and i need to fit into my costume :) and i don't want it to look too disgusting...:D

    i know a 3 dya doet u do its guanrantteed .. 5-7 pnds .. its a diet given to pateints bout to have a big surgery done and need to lose weight fast .. its incredibly simple ..and not even disgusting lol .. but if u do it and wntto repaet it u have to wait 4 days in between doign it again .. well if ua ll wna t it u can email me 4 it goblincleaver@hotmail.com or u can just ask me to list it here whatever u want

    ok here it is ..
    these are teh things you can add onto ur food .. toppings/saesonings
    herbs, salt,pepper,lemon,ketchup,mustard,soysauce

    day 1

    breafast
    drink= coffee-black-, tea-brewed-, or water
    half a grape fruit
    one toast with 1tsp peanut butter

    lunch
    hlf cup of tuna
    toast

    dinner
    3 oz of lean meat -exmp chicken-
    1 cup green beans
    1 cup carrots
    apple
    1 cup vanilla ice cream

    day 2
    breakfast
    coffee,tea or water
    1 egg
    toast hlf bananna

    lunch
    1 cup tuna
    8 saltine crackers
    coffe tea or water

    dinner
    2 beef hot dogs
    1 cup brocolli
    hlf cup of carrots
    hlf bananna
    hlf cup vanilla ice cream

    day 3
    breakfast
    5 saltines
    1 ounce cheddar cheese -u can buy the lil snack packs of cubed cheese normally equlas taht much-
    1 apple

    lunch
    1 bioled egg
    1 toast
    coffee tea or water

    dinner
    1 cup tuna
    1 cup carrots
    1 cup brocolli
    1 cup melon
    hlf cup vanilla ice ceam

    and thats all ur set to go .. now rember if u do this and get the results u wnat u have to wait 4 days b4 redoign teh diet its not healthy to do it back to back there has to b a 4 day intervene.well GOODLUCK and let me knwo if u stick to it an dhow it werks out with u .. ist realy not that bad so have fun

    Slim fast is a great diet you don't have to go over board, for breastfeat you make your drink buy the can and mis yourself the choclate is the best no lowfat milk mix it good and drink a big glass

    luch get the slim fast meal bars any kind there all really good

    dinner, anything you want aside from fast food

    drink nothing but water it helps alot and try exercising for at least half an hour lost like ten punds in a few weeks

    well, cut back on fattie foods (of course)
    Don't do the atkins diet, its so un healthy!
    Eat a big breakfast (then you have all day to burn the calories)
    don't eat past 8:00 p.m. (then you sleep on the calories)
    work out!
