I have to work 5 day work weeks so i live for the weekend.

'i live for the nights I won't remember, with the friends I won't ever forget'

The only thing planned for easter is going to my grandmothers to eat and do an easter egg hunt with my little cousins. I'm not really looking forwardto it butoh well. lol we're not religious at all so it's just an excuse for a family get together.

Those are fun once in a while. It's nice to see a bunch of people that you're related to (though sometimes it's easy to question that haha).

I don't agree with that line. I live for moments I will remember and friends I that can cherish even if I forget them =P

It's interesting how mature you can sound at times while still having that little-girl aura.

Wow this new layout is... odd...
anyway yes it is always fun to see my family as long as they are all in good moods. If anyone is having an off day down to the smallest of my family it can set everyone off and it makes for an interesting afternoon.

That is my best friend's favorite quote.
the one she sent me today was

'You know that children are growing up when they start asking questions that have answers'

lol i'm amused when I sound mature. I try not to do that too often. :)

It's not so bad being mature. People would listen to what you have to say more so than if you are immature. That wasn't what I meant though. I didn't call you immature. Isuppose the word is "cute" or "young" haha

That quote is quite true. Sometimes I find it hard to decide whether I should tell them the true answers. I usually end up telling them as it is. It's surprising to see some of them so mature though...Jase seems like he's pretty mature for 3 :)

I know it's not so bad being mature but with that comes reality and me and reality just don't seem to get along very well.

Jase has been brought up learning how it is. I've never really sugar coated alot of things for him. He's very smart and he has to know everything. Being a single mom I feel incompitant sometimes so I feel like I have to tell him the truth just to get him ready for that world.

It is hard...but you shouldn't feel incapable. There some aspects that only a mother/father can provide but children of single-parents have just as much chance of social survival as conventional-raised ones. Of course I don't know the details, but you seem to be doing a great job so far :)
It's usually us that are more flexible yet stable than reality...so you just have to find the way to reach a balance with it. I don't think you avoid reality all the much anyway. You have a good sense of what life is to you :)
