my bfs moving away HELP!

I need advice please.

My bf (weve been together for 7 months this yr and 4 months last yr) is moving in 2 weeks. He said tht hes moving too far for us to still be together so were gonna have to break up, but neither of us want to. Some of my friends say he isnt good for me cuz he got me to try smoking pot...which i quit but we really really love eachother and i dont wanna lose him.
And theres these 3 other guys tht like me too. But i dont like them except one. I sorta like one....and he said tht he wants to go out with me when my bf moves. But i will be too sad tht i wont want anyone else. I dont know if i should wait to break up with him to save the pain from starting now and jus putting it off or wht. i know we're gonna have to break up sooner or later so should we wait or not? And when he moves....should i go out with the guy i sorta like tht likes me too? even though the 2 other guys will probly be heartbroken or go out with no one and forget them being all heartbroken cuz i said no cuz id be too sad anyway for losing my first love. i dont knoe wht to do.

Is he sure its to far to stay together. I mean i am with a soldier and he is gone right now and wont be back for 6 months and them he will be stationed away from me. I live in colorado. And he will probably be in georgia. That aside. Move on when you are ready. Date again when you feel it right. Take things at your own pace. Hope this helps. Nessa

It might work out for you and your boyfriend. one of my friends has been going out with her bf since last year. He had to move away last year to a place that is about 4 hrs away. They are still going out, eventhough he is so far away.

If he truly believes that it's too far for you guys to date then break it off as soon as possible to save you at least twice the pain your going to feel in the end.

But if you two really love eachother then you guys would stay together no matter how far you guys are from eachother.

Look the same thing happened to me....my bf moved away.....and we are still together it has been a year and 4 months.....if u guys say u really love each other than u should give the long distance thing a try....and likeing the other guy well if u say u LOVE your bf than that should be an easy decision for u....but then again to me love means alot and it depends how u put the meaning of love into all this

Give distance a shot, I have had to be in a distant relationship for 2 years and 3 months now, and we are making it work, if you two are truly in love, it will last. It will take alot of effort on both parts, but its doable.
