Can anyone else not vote for comments? When i try and vote i get a msg saying that ive already voted for it, but i know that i havent! Is anyone else having this problem or is it just me?

It isn't working currently. Look at the threads before posting another question that has been asked one thousand and two times within the last week.

For some odd reason, I am able to rate poems but not quotes.

I assumed you meant 'quotes' instead of vote for 'comments'.
