What does this mean when it comes up on a particular post on a discussion?

Yeah, mods will "moderate" any posts that are innapropriate, by changing or taking our swearing, obscenity, or innapropriate information like addresses, full names, etc. They leave the
"moderated by:___" to let you know that thye've changed the original format of the post.
