I would love to challenge my friend Kevin to a debate on which should be taken more seriously? I would like opinions that do not invoke the wrath of the mods also

I think he is asking us to look at the website rules, and then look a the ten commandments and figure them out compared to each other, or something.

As for us knowing whether or not a person has the authors permission to post their work, thus negating the rules of copyright, well, of course we don't know so we must act on what information we do have.

Well according to your original it would seem that P&Q would seem more harder and yet get subjectation from those that obey those rules.

I would say in a personal level, that the ten commandments and the P&Q rules are much the same in respect to it conservative intrepretations done by the mods and the priests.

These rules were made in respects to make people live a good life, but you are right in hinting the subtleties of both made by mods and priests.

I was referring to the text that Kevin provided a link to in his Brights post. I was really just using that as an example to get an interpretation on rule three that states Do not post texts that are not yours. I thought since the links can only be provided to work that is yours that you could not supply links to text that were not yours, as the first sentence states

The case that Kevin brought before the mod team involved links that I posted to my copyrighted poem. For this error in judgment I suppose am to be placed in a laughing stock, so that members can throw tomatoes, and other rotten things at me. I did manage to divert attention from the molested thread

The mods from now on are going to strictly enforce rule 2 because they hate me.

But let me answer your original question. I think the P and Q rules are more important than the ten commandments. I think this because I don't like religion and some of the commandments are so utterly stupid and anti nature, they should not be listened to by anyone of sound thinking. I do not feel this about the this websites rules.
