Club Problems. Can anyone help?

I have a few problems and I did have a look in heaps of thread's already to see if these have been brought up, so sorry if i missed it incase they already have. But anyway, here I go..

The club I'm in had to move because our Manager decided she wanted to leave. So yes, we moved and decided that another girl and I would be the assistants. When I applied for the club I got in, but now when I try to apply for an assistant's position it doesn't work. I click on the link for it, and it comes up with a blank page with an error code kind of thing at the top of the page. I have waited quite some time now, to see if it would pass and it hasn't, so I'd really like to know if anyone could fix it or something?

Also, the discussions in our club won't work. I tried to post one, and I get this message "Such forum category does not exist!"
I'm not sure why though.

Well.. thanks for listening and I hope you can help me so we can get our club under way, it would be much appreciated.
