JustPlainMe, you're just plain mean. Sure, writing poetry should have nothing to do with comments or votes, but I, for one, enjoy getting other people's feedback on my works. There's absoluetly nothing wrong with wanting that.
However, I think the scale is just fine. I don't see what the point in changing it would be. It WOULD give people a wider scale, but, what would that really do? I dunno. Anyway...
