Why Cant I get A Job?

Why are Jobs so hard to get.... I dont see why people Just cant give breaks to people who are young?... well It sucks.

It really depends where you're trying to get a job. In some places, every store has a "help wanted sign", but others don't. Just keep looking

Thats pretty funny.... I live in The sticks and the places that I applyed for are like 30 mins away and ya..... I cant get shit close to town but I know of a few hotels near there so I will try..... thanx for the Idea...

I'm looking for work and know how hard it is to find a job.
You just got to try and keep positive.
Here 70% of jobs are found through word of mouth, not advertised ones.
So let people know that you are looking for work. So the word gets out.

I've been looking for a job, but like some person above me said before, people think teengers are lazy and unreliable . The places that do have jobs, are too far T_T

I hate how the employers always want like you know the perfect person to do the Job at like Hannifords and Like wal-Marts and Mardens..... It all sucks...

At leat you get payed..... that really sucks about cleaning bad motel rooms.... driving 30 mins not bad.... it's like from here to wal-mart where I live..... but ya..... lol

YAY! My twin and I just got hired for our FIRST job today. Kind of exciting and nervous.

FYI--my impression of interviews is that they are nightmarish. Hahahahaha mine went HORRIBLY and I still got the job. =]

Look mate. You can't just expect a company/retailer to give you a job. Down here in England you must acquire a number of things in order to receive a decent job. For example, they look at your grades from school, whether you've had any experience of labour before hand (where and when you had this experience), your age and so on so forth. I recently handed out my CV's and have a job interview at Republic on Wednesday :)

Wow I would seriously die... I would never get a Job if it depended on my grades.... I suck at life..... lol and a boom and Bucket.... that is awesome..... they call it a mall too?..... Loke at that mall that I go to has like mc donalds in it but there's like 3 down the street from that and spencers and hot topic and stuff lol.....

It's a restaurant/shop called Einstein Bros. Bagels. =]
And yes I have a twin. I'm not sure what my job IS yet...i find that out tomorrow at Orientation. XD

I know how frustrating it is to find a job, i was looking for 6 months, but yesterday i went into our mall and started handing out my cv's, and the 2nd one i handed out they offered me a job on the spot and i start in a week n a half :) so it does happen you just got to have patience

Most places in the United States it is nearly impossible to get a job if you're under the age of 16. And even a lot of places don't want to hire until you're 18 because of labor laws.

Lol for now I just mow lawns, but get at least $30 each. I don't mind, but I know later in time I'll have to get something better.

I was just walking down the street one day and got a job at a cafe. Now I get paid $10 an hour and work about 5 hours a week. Not much but I don't spend much either.

I am willing to do Just about any thing for a Job right now...... well of corse not like those like hooker jobs and shit...... U mean like a pizza maker..... helper..... just a general job and ya I went to 3 different places and they said that they werent hireing.... they just gave me one glance..... and it was all over.... my Job chances are slim to none..... because of the facts.....

1.) I'm 15.

2.) I got a mohawk.

3.) I have piercings.

5.) Some lame excuse.

6.) They dont give chances.
