I have a Serious Addiction -- Please read and reply

PLEASE NOTE:
I have a serious addiction
(I need your feedback and please do not judge me)

I Hopal McFarlane of almost sound mind and body am hereby declaring that I have a secret addiction. They say that confession is good for the soul and so I have finally built up the courage to admit that I have an imperfection. Yes, I am talking about me, Hopal the fearless I have an addiction and so I found it fit to disclose it to you.
Now before I go any further, I want to make it perfectly clear that it is by no chance no ones fault but my own. This addiction did not come because of your numerous dark and sad poems, poems about self-mutilation, cutting and suicide. Hence, I do not want any of you to blame your self for my short comings.

I thought that it was fit for me to share a little bit with you about my addiction. This Addiction is Life threatening, in that it causes Hypersensitivity to inanity, insomnia, lethargy, and repudiation of fixation. In the inauguration of this compulsion, I was as in deep denial; I could admit it to myself and others that I had this quandary, due to the fact that I was afraid. Yes the great Hopal was afraid. However, I have finally built up the courage to talk about this addiction. Ha-ha! I have finally overcome this fear, I say to the fear you know have me in captive. I had this addiction for quite sometime, but wasn't until early this year that the situation exacerbate. This addiction is even much worse than those of Marijuana and simple self-cutting, because it goes much deeper than the flesh. Oh!! It’s so hard to talk about it, Please don't judge me, because I want to rid of this addiction. Ok maybe I don't want to. I just don't know. I have been getting up in the wee hours of the night when I am sure that no one will notice, to practice this, this thing. Ok I know that you are ready to hear what it is. What it is that is so powerful, so addicting, what it is that I can't go a day without? What is this addiction? Come on!! (Sighs) I have finally built up the courage to say that I am addicted to writing.

To tell you how crazy I am about this thing, I was writing a poem for about two weeks and I couldnt get any further than the second stanza. Well, it was on my mind all night.. So I got up about 1:00am in the morning and sat at my computer and said that Im not getting up until the peom is completed.. and I did.. It's called 'Tired and Alone'

This a serious condition. I know what it's like to go through something like this. I still haven't recovered. I promise you'll get through it though.
