Need someone to fix my poem

I really need someone who is [good in grammer] and can give me his opinion in my poem

i wrote a poem to very specail person but i am not that sure of the grammer and how it looks

i need only one or two who would like to help me, please

Not great with grammer but i'm pretty good with letting a poem flow so i'll check it out.. pm me... or something
