Yeah, I know what you mean about laying in bed and not being able to sleep. I had a problem with that for the longest time. It's not that bad anymore, though, because I do so much physical activty during the day, that when I get home I just pass-out. I thought the same thing though, when I was going through that, that If I turned off my brain I would become like all the people who I didn't want to be like. It's tough, but life could be a lot tougher.
