Giving up something bad

Well I'm on my way to better health!

Today is my 11th day nicotine/tobacco-free...I'm not trying to boast but I'm still feeling some temptation so I'm keeping myself busy.

Has anyone else given up something bad for them?

My ex boyfriend if you knew him you'd know why: I'd go without calling him then he would call out of the blue after months of speaking and I'd go days and days trying to talk to him again either by phone or online. This is probably one months since last talking to him even for a second.

Good for you! I'm glad for you because I hate it when people get sucked into relationships that aren't good for them.

I tried to give up writing a while back and failed, lol.

Well done, its the hardest thing ever to give up.

I've gave up being 'fake' and for the past 2 years have been ME !! cuz ME is brilliant :P

I've been super cranky at work lately and I think its the lack of smoking because thats where I smoked the most. But it's 2 weeks today so...YAY! Hopefully this is the start of mood improvement! lol

i have given up smoking and drugs for about a year now. makes me feel good ya know.

Maan quitting smoking is so hard, ive been tryin for awhile went to go buy the patch but just bought a pack insted ahha. couldnt even make it to the store.

Tried to give it up because it was taking over my life, lmao. Marcus would go mad whenever i suddenly picked up a pen and started scribbling or writing into my phone, lmao
But he loves it now cos i write about him
