Ok like why cant people copy and paste your work as long as they say it was written by you?

It is not considered plagiarism if you ask the person and you have their consent to post their work, however, We do not allow anyone to post other peoples work regardless if you have the other persons consent or not.

Maybe you can copy and paste, but you need to at least give the writer credit, instead of calling it your own, put it in quotes and mention the writers name.
