so when i will post my poems?

Well as no deadline is set at the minute any time, if there are poems still needed to be written I'll pm the deadline when I have one to all participants.

Hmm hi i just did this poem right now actually i was dedicate this to some one. well i was thinking of him while i am writing this poem and hope u like it!

HOW WILL I KNOW

How will I know that you really love me?
You said I changed your life through the years
Im only the love of your life till the very end
The only one girl in your diamond heart

But how will I know that this is all lies?
That this is all the games of your love
That u just has the foolish heart
And breaks my innocent feelings

How will I know that youre real?
If I cant see how you love me?
You cant even promise anything
And u still cant prove me your love!

How will I know that you dont ever hurt me?
That you dont ever leave me! And;
How will I know all the feelings on me
If u still not here with me...

Actually I dedicate this poem to someone I really fell in love but it was strange because I dont seen him yet...

Soft whispers in my ear,
Filling me with shame,
Inscribing on my soul,
That I'm the one to blame.

Each breath is like a razor,
That cuts away my mind,
Stealing all my reason,
Leaving faith behind.

Lonely's taking over,
Seeping through my veins,
Choking me with everything,
Though nothing, here, remains.

One day I won't hurt,
The whispers will have gone,
Nothing will exist,
Except the lines which I have drawn.

Didn't We Almost Have It All

I was holding my breath,
Praying that moment would never end,
Your hot breath cascading over my lips,
Your eyes piercing my flesh.

That one minute in time,
Faith existed,
We believed,
Not just in love,
But in one another.

It seems so long ago,
Ten thousand yesterdays have come and gone,
But that moment,
That feeling,
Though naive,
It was blessed.

The point where you leave the shallows,
Diving into loves depths,
Blinded by forever,
Embracing the unknown,
That was living.

Desecrated by time,
Our bond was broken,
The sanctuary of eternity,
Defiled by lies.

But that one moment,
That one second,
Faith held me,
And love did touch me.

Though it did not remain,
In that one instant,
We had everything,
But it was never enough...

Sometimes it's as if you're not here,
though you're truly not -
As if images exist only in my mind,
and settle their forever.

frost bites got me now.

I Will Always Love You

I have feelings for the guy I see every night,
And they grow more and more by the minute.
I don't ever want to loose him,
In fear that I'll be alone forever.

He does certain things for me to be in love with him,
And I let him know they work every time.
He makes me feel like I am protected,
By putting his arms around me.

Everytime I hear you come around
My heart starts to melt away.
There is only one person that does this,
And that person is you.

Everytime you start looking at me,
I wonder what it is you see.
When you start talking to me,
And I hear that angelic voice,

My knees get weak, my heart starts to flutter,
My chest collapses, my neck hair tingles.
And at that instant I cannon breathe,
Just doing whatever it is you do.

All of this happens for one reason,
And that one reason is that you love me.
I'll always be here to guide you,
Because I will always love you.

I Know Him So Well.

His facial features resemble mine,
but somehow love's left behind.

Cherishing moments never to be made,
and letting all the others continuously fade.

Bearing gifts for me to dream about,
then listening on the line, hearing his shout.

Finding the right words to not let him down,
I know it so well, my father's frown.

Beginning a new life without him near. . .
as him coming back is my worst fear.

Settling down all over again,
losing my school, some family and friends.

Working so hard to forgive my past,
and trying so hard to get over it fast.

Yet:

Nothing can make these problems go away,
I know him so well - just not now - a - days.

No more waking up to the feel of your breath slowly flowing across my neck ,
no more love making out on the deck,
no more long talks about our hopes, our dreams
There is no more you ....no more me

The trust no longer exists,
The love is no longer pure,
The honesty is now a pigment of my imagination,

I never thought that something that touched my soul,
could make me feel so heartless,
so empty and so cold,
You made me feel so beautiful so loved so happy

Now when i think about you tears slowly fall down my weary and tired eyes,
You said you loved me ,
I trusted you with my all,
but with her is where you stood as you watched me fall,
lying to my heart
deceiving my soul
Manipulating my mind
Slowly emptying my pot of gold
you hurt me in ways i never thought could be .

I remember the way things used to be ,
When i was in love with youa dn you with me ,
So many things have changed but still in my heart is where you remain,
My heart still yearning for you to be all mine ,

Wishing our moments together would last a life time ,
With you is where my heart shall lie ,
Im saving all my love for you until the end of time .

I just came across this contest today--which happens to be the last day of the contest, so I didn't have time to reserve a title. But I've chosen one that no one else has taken. I hope that's ok:)

He's All Over Me (Kyrielle Sonnet)

Lip to lip, kissed ever gently;
made my pulse race oh-so quickly.

Whispered words of sweet forever
as we lay in bed together.
Pledges sealed through intimacy.

just broke our vows with no goodbye.
Left me drowning in misery,

A Kyrielle Sonnet consists of 14 lines (three rhyming quatrain stanzas and a non-rhyming couplet).
Just like the traditional Kyrielle poem, the Kyrielle Sonnet also has a repeating line or phrase as a
refrain (usually appearing as the last line of each stanza). Each line within the Kyrielle Sonnet
consists of only eight syllables. French poetry forms have a tendency to link back to the beginning
of the poem, so common practice is to use the first and last line of the first quatrain as the ending
couplet. This would also re-enforce the refrain within the poem. Therefore, a good rhyming scheme
for a Kyrielle Sonnet would be:

AabB, ccbB, ddbB, AB -or- AbaB, cbcB, dbdB, AB.
