I know it's not a poem, but I thought it would fit well into this whole thing because its a work of literature, and it's very well known. I was just wondering how people interperated this book. The author says that he didn't mean to make it seem like he was writing about any allegory or parable, but the text is full of references. Even what the book is about -- "the intrusion of men and destruction of their home....journey forth....to a mysterious promised land and a more perfect society." I was just thinking, does anyone else see a connection to humanity, what is happening to the world? Does anyone else think the rabbits are us?

I know this is kind of off-topic..

But after watching that film... how in the world can it be classed as a childs film!! Man, that film is warped!

I guess its a child's book and film because the guy who wrote it used to tell the story to his kids.
