Ideas?

For drama we are doing woman in black and we have to do a horror kind of thing like people who caused murders and elizabethan horror stories like frankinstine and dracular, well im not a big fan of any thing scary... well any ways any ideas of things that pop into your head or words when you think or horror.

Twist is always good.... make everyone get scared and get into it.... like when you are at the movies and you hear people screaming "NO DON"T GO IN THERE" or "DONT GO BY YOURSELF"

I loved GCSE drama. I studied the Crucible - brilliant play. I'm usually swarming with ideas but I currently have none. I shall let you know as soon as poss, though, :)

Im doing it for GCSE

we did crucible in contrast with blood brothers last year and at the beginning of this school year ^_^

We saw the ones from last year and although i dont reemember its that well this boy losses his mother who allways singing this lines about him and he starts going nuts, its has other stuff in it, and basicly at the end his in the middle of the stage and his dead mother comes back to life singing the same line and because his on a block she get up behind him grabs his sholders and leans in and then it stops! we where like omg!!!!! the fact that she was wearing a half melted mask was even more creepy ^_^

but this is a divised peice so its going to be very hard... and trying to contrast it with woman in black and a few other one o.O reason why we are doing boards on horror to give us ideas because our teacher cant help us to much shes had a recent operation on her eye and we arent that nice of a class to work with lol :P drama seems to end up with the trouble makers in my year.

Ah, I remember watching The Blood Brothers. Very good performance.

:P it was writen by merry shelly whos english who started writing it because of a compertition started by lord byron :P she was the only one who took it seriously :P

Im in my final year of GCSE :P i did my blood brothers exam in December i have my woman in black performance in April o.O so not far away :S wont find out what i got for my last exam till later this month dreading it! i did really awlful in my writen exam by the sounds of what she went through and thats 60% of my grade :S ^__^

Ah yes and another one they did a few years back was a spooked up alice in wonderland but it was called mallic in wonder land and she had basicly lost every thing and went nuts and basicly put her self into this illution of "wonder land" and they had a very weird tea party.... i mean alice in wonderlands already a bit kookoo but this one was even more so :P it leads to her killing every one if i remember rightly lol!!! o.O i never saw it so i wouldnt know ^_^

They also had one where it was based around rival groups and one group is taking the mick out of the other group and finally the group thats being picked on wants to get their own back and they do voodo and it was actually quiet funny because they were walking around like puppets doing really weird stuff and then they started killing them one by one o.O it was really kind of freaky

And then again last year they did it on mixing human DNA with animals and that was my favorite, they had information and it was truely freaky!!
i wont make this any longer by telling you more lol!! but the thing is the ones we saw last year were so good its hard to think of any thing that could out shine that in a way ^_^

^_^ any ways what i metn by ideas was stuff like
Leather, Hitler, Death, Dispear, Sand paper, skulls ect.

The reason why i say sand paper is that my drama teacher worked with blind children befor coming to my school and she had a wall full of different textures and the children went up to the wall and picked out the ones that made them feel insecure and stuff ^_^ its quiet cool really.

It's spelt 'Frankenstein'. It's a German word/name.

Just like how it's Einstein and not 'Inestine'.

Or Rammstein and none 'Rammstine'

Any name with '-stein' in it it pronounced like the 'stein' in 'Frankenstein'.
