My parents just yell at us when we fight. We aren't even fighting a lot. we'll squabble a little and resolve it then my parents blow up at us.

I bribe my little sisters with stuff. lol. They're annoying, but they can be bribed into leaving me alone, or getting off the computer and my parents get mad about that.
