Walk down that path

by Paula   Feb 3, 2005

Walking down a path
In the middle of no where
Where will it bring me
I don't really care

I just need to get away
From the people I hate
I suddenly come
Across a little gate

I enter it slowly
I don't make a noise
Maby behind this gate
Will be many new joys

Maby I will enter
I new world, A new place
Somewhere That I
Will not be such A disgrace

I keep on walking
The walkway begins to fade
I'm now on a trail
I'm getting a bit afraid

I come upon a house
I peek inside a crack
I try to look around
But all I see is black

I take a step inside
To see someone on a chair
They slowly turn there head
And at me they start to stair

I quietly say hello
She just looks at me
She finally says hello
How nice it is to see

To see a little girl
Coming to say Hi
But my house isn't open to public
So I must say goodbye

I walk out of her house
And walk down the lawn
I start to turn around
To see the house is gone

It just disappeared
Where did it go
I walk back down that path
Oh so very slow
