Drinking and driving

by Paula   Sep 25, 2005

Everything blurry
The fog is real bad
I have to get home
Or my mom will be mad

Wow the roads are icy
Everyone buckle up
I'm starting to loose
Control of this truck

Stay calm, breath in
Everything is OK
Ive re-gained control
Wait now which way

Theres a fork in the road
Do I turn left or right
You say to go left
And every thing goes white

I hear a horn honking
Sounds like a train
Its coming right at us
Then I feal pain

My truck has been crushed
I hear the sirens come
The last voice that I hear
Is coming from My mom

Shes on her knees crying
I slowly close my eyes
My life is now done
What a surprise

The funeral was a mess
Everyone was sad
I followed in the footsteps
of my very own dad

Drinking and driving
Causes people to cry
Cause other peoples lives
May cause you to die
