Watching runners often amazes me as well. It takes determination, training and I think talent to run so fast. It is sad that we as humans tend to think someone has cheated in order to achieve records and be so good. Well done.

Yeah, that Usain Bolt is something else, isn't he, Kel?
My son is a runner too and he is so in awe of this guy. He makes me sit and watch the games with him, he he, and so I have seen Usain in action too! He is a true miracle, a lightening bolt indeed.

So nice of you to honor him with this poem. Who knows, if Usain Googles on his name, he might end up reading it!
