Picking up the pieces of the mess I made

As trivial as it may sound to you, can I just rejoice in the reality that today is not yesterday?

Never ignore your inner thoughts and feelings
Just because you're in a safe place
Doesn't mean you're living

I keep telling myself:

the world is under construction
that's why it's a chaos at the moment
But once the construction is over,
