The hardest thing in the world,

No matter how I try,
These memories won't let go.
Im only human, trying to get by these memories of my own.

Some places your heart was never meant to leave, and if you do it just means your heart won't follow, but why do we only realize this after we've left.

You can close your eyes to things you don't wanna see
but you can't close your heart to things you don't wanna feel

I don't have perfect skin -- not even close.
I have acne scars and a more severe case of a skin condition.
But you know what? I still know I'm beautiful,
because I don't need to look stunning to be okay with myself.

I've heard it said so many times that time heals all wounds. But nobody says anything about the memories it leavs behind.

Naked we come out of our mother's womb and naked do we go the womb of our cosmic mother. If that arrival and departure is not shameful, then what makes us feel ashamed in between?

It takes alot of courage and self confidence to be yourself.
