People can't say that their a poet if nothing has happened to them. REAL poetry is with TRUE feelings and experience. You can't say your an artist if you don't see much beauty in life and things. I'm just sick and tired of people who think that what they write is actually poetry when it's nothing! They use 10 year old words and the poems are so childish! That's all i have to say... |

Sometimes a meaningful poem can be put into the most simplest words. so before you say they aint poets for writting 10yr old words u should read their work and try and see it from their point of view;however if their work is bullshit and makes no sence too you then they probly are as you say. && You have your own opinion thats the best thing about being yourself. xx

Poetry isnt about experience ! its about a passion found deep within. You dont need experience, you learn from others of true emotion. Poets have a gift though they may have not experienced certain things they can still feel others pain, they know how to feel empathetic. They have a soul that gentle takes the pain away from others. They dont need experience just a soul.....
