Mr. Becker, his beloved and me

by Ares   Apr 14, 2008

We are all good friends,
we've been through a lot,
right back in the days,
with no God to praise,
we were all deep down,
in the Resistance.

Mr. Becker, his beloved and me.

we used to party together,
down in basements and attics,
with wine and cigar,
never heard of a car,
we were old school,
in that special way.

Mr. Becker, his beloved and me.

and it was money and women, roulette & cigar,
it was drive-by shootings in a stolen car,
we've cheated our deaths,
never held our breaths,
we knew that we'll always be free,

Mr. Becker, his beloved and me.

but time has now changed,
with Mr. Becker in prison,
and his beloved found another man,
and I'll bet a million that I'll never understand,
what ever happened to our,
tight little group.

we were Mr. Becker, his beloved and me.
