Ahem...wow.. I dunno where to start..

First off.. liked the word choice.. and the flow was refreshing somehow..

Yet.. it seemed like you dont really know what you're talking about. I mean... Nightmares and cigarettes are great, but..I don't see the connection..with the poem.

It seemed like you were actually talking about..a psychological episode..and not about a nightmare or anything...

You said so much without saying anything at all.

They both have something in common there both dark and evil and at time take lives. I had writers block for two years and i just started writing again so if u want check out my new poem.

Very nice poem. For some reason it makes me think of paparazzi. Especially with this line:

"Tormented by photographs.

Now imitations of crisis flash,
As the light flickers; Burning fast,"
