Torture vs. Strength [Etheree]

by Kait   Nov 28, 2008

Love
Broken
Left behind
A stolen heart
Tortured and lifeless
Fallen into pieces
With the sound of his goodbye
Struggled to live each day alone.
She thought it would be the death of her
She couldn't see the strength inside of her.

It plays out like a scene in a movie
Supposed to spend forever with him
Hoping it was all just a dream
Till she watched him walk away.
But she held her head high
She will overcome
This obstacle.
Move forward.
Alive.
Strong.
