Who's the Real You?

by Hawaiian Chick   Dec 6, 2008

The pain stabs my heart,
as I think about you,
asking myself why,
it was better when you knew.

How can you be so heartless?
If only you saw the tears,
would you even care?
Or are you acting for your peers?

Laughing loudly for your friends,
do they know what you do?
You smile and whisper to my face,
Who's the real you?

Nice job with the poem! but some how i just didn't feel like i could connect to your feelings... haha maybe that's me who see it, but over all it's nice! just try to make it more to the "heart". So making a person who read it, want to read it over and over again to get that certain special feeling! haha
