Life's Shadows, and Dreams Above...

by Daisy   Jan 22, 2009

I listen to birds singing their Symphony,
I dance to the wind and it's Rain,
Gales flow through my body,
The rain washes my inside's soul.
I come home and everything's wrong,
I listen to the sound of silence,
The birds have stopped singing,
The abandoned house is musty and empty,
I breathe in the fresh and sweet air outside,
I smell the fragrances of the washed sweet rain,
The laughter of children whence it came from,
My eyes are used to the deep blue skies,
My ears are used to listening to my heart,
My lips are used to singing their song,
My laughter is dying for it's dead,
A million years of extinct bliss,
It exists no more in my world,
This song of mine makes no sense,
And I feel I will be united again,
With my worst fiend, Death,
My life will end when I feel,
I am regreted in this world,
I feel doubted and un-wanted,
I feel a thousand stings of a bee,
I doubt my life is really happening,
It's a dream world,
A dream play being acted,
Yet the beauty of life is over-whelming.
I love all,
I see all,
I die, happy.......

Amen....
