Dreams of childhood
Coming to be true
Wanted each soul
To be literate

Salute to Teach India
Inducted citizens
To join the learned
And the ones
Eager to learn

Smile on the face
Twinkle in the eyes
Hope to step ahead
Walking with the rest

Able to read and write
Their future is bright
To tread is their will
On the path we light

The union will ignite the minds
To see INDIA rise to new heights

    Books can open the world to us. Bring us to places and things we would have never dreamed of.

    Able to read and write
    Their future is bright
    To tread is their will
    On the path we light

    Reading and writing opens the world up to so many. Bringing oppurtunities to those that would have never had a chance before.

    A bright and positive poem. Education is the light at the end of the tunnel , some can't acquire it others refuse it's blessing.
