The Silence Is Too Loud

Sitting here in silence...
It's driving me insane...
I can't take it!

I can't stand silence...
For it reveals too much...
It exposes the truth..

In the silent atmosphere...
Floats unwanted memories..
From the unforgiving past..

I can hear the whispers...
'End it now! Your life is worthless!'
I just want it to stop!

I am trapped here in this hell...
I have to get away...
Break free..

But I cannot...
I am prisoner...
Silence is slowly consuming me..

Finally...
I can't take it any longer...
I give into the whispered commands..

I am going to a happy place...

As my lifeless body is forever trapped...
Trapped in never ending silence....
