My Minds Eye Vision of Our Love

Listen carefully to my words,
Let them take you away,
Envision with your mind,
Of a place I'll create,

Gently close your eyes,
And come quickly inside,
To a place based on emotions,
Seen through my mind's eye.

Now travel out of this world,
To a place where darkness abides,
You can feel yourself floating,
As you enter inside,

It consumes you with emptiness,
A surrounding shadowy void,
You feel totally helpless,
Like a marionette toy,

This is the vision of my soul,
Before you arrived,
Completely ravaged by pain,
And hurt that I hide.

But somewhere in that darkness,
You saw something you liked,
And the love that we created,
Regenerated a long dead past life,

A vibrant metamorphosis,
Spawned from my love deep inside,
And created the man now before you,
That will love you for life,

Now this story isn't over,
One more place still to show,
A room that is sacred,
Because only you get to go,

I made it just for you,
But there are no windows or doors,
Decorated completely in red,
But not very much more.

It is the part of my heart,
That I gave just to you,
Because you love me so much,
And I love you too,

To see of this place,
