Leaving time

by codian   Nov 27, 2012

A simple bird in a nest
and a old rusty car bought for nothing or less
you think not about the feelings when they shall leave
and you cared for them
and you loved them
you always look for the best to give them
but when that flower grow
and it's as beautiful as the ocean
then that's just the thing
you help it to be that way
and winter is here
and your beautiful car is worthy a billion
and your bird can know fly
and you have no choice but to let it go
guess what,
that's just a car, a flower, a bird
Image, feel, taste that bittersweet taste
you will know how a mother of a child
at the age of 18
and it's time to let her fly
and you know it's what you train her fly
just feel it the pain and joy of a mother's child leaving.
