Flipped Sentiments

I'm happy, I smile
These days, I laugh heartily
And I wonder what is it about
Am I healed; magically?
Or just bewildered in thoughts?

These scars and deceits
Those regrets of irrationality
Shades of where I've been
Reminders of my fate
I accept these all
And I do not repine

Though things still hurt,
imperceptibely
I'm thankful Almighty
For bringing me back to self,
the stronger me,
devoid of fickleness
For the agonies,
coldness and loneliness
For the lessons taught

Still, I have a wish
I whisper it to you Lord
Every morning,every dawn
Will it be offence,
To wish for ambered spirit?
To plead for radiance in smile?
And meaning to my merriment?
