My Last Words

I wish i could escape the pain
run out in the freezing rain
just leave and go far far away
to forget that dreadful day
the day you left me for him
I'm going out on a limb
just to tell you how i feel
your hearts just cold and steel
you've pulled the trigger and put me down
and now I'm in another town
i would of given my life for you
we were perfect just us two
just as the sky will always show blue
i wish you could see the love inside
but you'll forget the night i died
i sat in my room and nonstop cried
slowly drifting from the light
not giving up without a fight
and as i slipped into the dark
i wish you could of heard my last remark
everything i said it was all true
just know i will always love you
