WHY DO WE...

Why do we feel we must be fake
like as if somehow our lives are at stake
why do we feel we must like lie
like as if we didn't we would die
why do we feel we must abide
like as if we didn't from the consequence- we would have to hide
why do we feel our pain must last
like as if we live eternally in the past
why do we feel we cant be ourselves or- move on
like as if the choice to do so is gone
????????????????????????????????????????

    i like this poem becasue it is true..a lot of people seem to think that they have to hide their "real" selves...so i really liked this poem!! keep it up!! :)

    It made me think very hard to do that so well done ... in the 3rd line i think it is it says "why do we feel like we must like.... i think u meant lie? it threw me for a moment but i realised what it was when i saw 'die' so yeh really liked it
