Life is not perfect

by Zach Cambria   Sep 20, 2005

Life is not perfect, it cant be.

You'll learn that there are alterations, imperfections that you cannot see.

But that doesn't mean that you shouldn't forget the good that it has brought.

The happiness that has become of it, that lives in each and every thought.

Compassion that yearns to come out.

A tear drop in a time of drought.

These are the memories we hold within, that make life seem less blue.

Images of a spotless mind-

Of a nearly perfect you.

So is life perfect, no, it cant be,

But a perfect world sits within your thoughts.

Its there, but its up for you to see.
